Niyam IT is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our team in support of our work with TSA. This position is full time, with potential for overtime, and allows for remote work.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD, which provides employee, manager, and HR functionality for Pay, Personnel, and Benefits.

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers.
• Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of the HRSD solutions.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership.
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities.

Required Skills

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a DHS TSA Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions, 5+ years.
• Lead implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, 5+ years.
• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
• Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements, 8+ years.
• Create roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation, 5+ years.
• Understand and design integrations and interfaces with other systems, 8+ years.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications, 8+ years.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in ServiceNow modules that are not HRSD.
• Understanding of other ServiceNow products.
• Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer.
• Experience with Federal agencies, their requirements, and their workflows.
