Are you a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect with a knack for telecom solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design: Craft bespoke ServiceNow solutions aligned with telecom industry needs, leveraging TNI and CSM modules.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with diverse teams including stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and transform them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing telecom processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow.
- Development and Configuration: Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations to cater to telecom industry demands.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the scalability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions through meticulous resource optimization.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted system operation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and industry trends, proposing enhancements to existing systems.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and support to the telecom support team, facilitating effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Technical Architect in the telecom sector, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, especially TNI and CSM.
- Telecom Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of telecom processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, integrations, and web technologies.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certifications such as CIS in ITSM or CSM are highly desirable.
- Additional Skills: Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM and ITOM is advantageous.
