Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a ServiceNow Developer. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. This includes back-end web development, software development, and programming. You will also utilize object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to create efficient and scalable solutions.

1. Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – Integration Specialist:

• Notes: Only USC
• Location: 100% Remote, with potential for 25% travel to Florida (Reimbursed)
• End Client: East coast based

Job Description:

• Provide technical support for workflow integration and advise on ServiceNow based solutions
• Experience integrating systems and tools with ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and Webservices (REST and SOAP)
• Knowledge of Discovery, ITOM, and CMDB (certifications preferred)
• Experience in gathering Business Requirements and recommending SN solutions
• Proficient in data modeling

2. Job Title: Senior Developer - ITSM Implementation Specialist:

• Notes: Only USC
• Location: 100% Remote, with potential for 25% travel to Florida (Reimbursed)
• End Client: East coast based

Job Description:

• Advise on ServiceNow based solutions, particularly catalog items and request workflows
• Specialization in ITSM implementation
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical guidance
• Experience in ServiceNow scripting and solutioning
