Responsibilities-
- Develop new features and updates for the internal platform used for on-boarding new consultants.
- Collaborate with a global team to customize features based on various processes within the organization...
- Work across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure the platform meets the specific requirements of each department.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work with various departments and stakeholders. "Desirable Skills" - ServiceNow certification.
- Experience working in the financial industry.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience with other IT service management tools.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering specifically around ServiceNow Portal development.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.
- Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
- Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
- Debugging and monitoring experience to ensure platform stability.
- HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or Workplace Services experience.
Plusses:
- ServiceNow Certifications.
- ServiceNow Portal Experience
