Responsibilities-

  • Develop new features and updates for the internal platform used for on-boarding new consultants.
  • Collaborate with a global team to customize features based on various processes within the organization...
  • Work across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure the platform meets the specific requirements of each department.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work with various departments and stakeholders. "Desirable Skills" - ServiceNow certification.
  • Experience working in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Experience with other IT service management tools.

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering specifically around ServiceNow Portal development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
  • Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
  • Debugging and monitoring experience to ensure platform stability.
  • HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or Workplace Services experience.

Plusses:

  • ServiceNow Certifications.
  • ServiceNow Portal Experience
