ServiceNow Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Falls Church, VA ... The Software Analyst/Developer will be a part of a highly agile and innovative team which develops and supports moderate to complex integrations using current technologies such as:

• JavaScript
• UI, SQL, and HTML
• The ServiceNow platform

The new analyst/developer should be comfortable with: The software lifecycle and solution implementation including:

• Research
• Design
• Development
• Testing
• Customer Coordination
• Use of various communication channels and software to interact with virtual customers and development teams
• Creating technical documentation of software changes
• Performing emergency on-call duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 4 years of related and relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Proficient in the development of technical solutions such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
• Understanding of database table structures and schemas and accessing data using SQL
• Ability to research new technologies for solution creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple assignments and manage changing priorities
• Great attention to detail and strong conceptual, analytical, and planning skills
• Strong collaboration and team dynamics
• Ability to travel, on occasion, to support different locations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
