Job Description

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow (service catalog configuration), service owners (exp managing, implementing, service catalog), service management requests Version 4.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow
• At least 3 years of experience with service catalog.
• At least 3 years of experience in ITSM configuration management and CMDB management.
• Experience with ITIL best practices and ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Plusses:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
