Orion Innovation Is Seeking A Strong Technical Lead/Developer That Will Build

Solutions, Accelerators, Custom Application, Interface Etc. Especially For Its

Own ServiceNow Center Of Innovation. These Solutions Ultimately Will Contribute

Largely Towards Getting New Business And Existing Business Expansion.

Key Responsibilities -

This Technical Lead Will Be Primarily Working

For Orion’s ServiceNow COI And Help COI Towards Building Offering Development, Deliverables,

Accelerators, Value Add Utilities In Interest Of Getting More Business And

Revenue Through ServiceNow ITSM,ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM Or HRSD, App Engine Solutions

Positioning.

• Applies Innovative Technology To Business

Processes To Develop New ServiceNow Solutions And Troubleshoot Issues.

• Role Requires To Be A Hands-On Architect.

• This Technical Lead Will Be Responsible For Drafting

Design Docs, Architecture, Functional Requirement Specifications As Well.

• This Lead/Senior Developer May Also... Be

Responsible For End-To-End ServiceNow Implementation Project And Own Project

Delivery Goals (Up To 50% Billable)

• This Technical Lead Will Leverage Knowledge And

Experience To Deliver End-To-End Automated Solutions Which Includes Technical

Implementation Of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Processes, Workflow

Customization, Ticketing, Process Automation, Report Development, Dashboard

Creation, And System Configurations.

• This Role Will Be Required To Organize And

Prioritize The Development Teams Efforts, Interface With Clients And

Management, Work With Client To Access Current State Processes And Tools And

Provide Expert-Level Support And Technical Mentoring To Internal And External Stakeholders.

• Solid Hands-On Experience And Knowledge Of

ServiceNow Configurations, Scripting, Integrations, And Table Structure

• Oversee ServiceNow Scripting And Security Best Practices.

• Other Duties As Required Under The ServiceNow

Technology

Qualifications -

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science,

Management Information Systems, Or Related Field

• Overall, 5-7 Years IT Experience

• Minimum 4 Years Leading Technical Teams With

Increasingly Complex Projects In ServiceNow Technology.

• Deep Understanding Of Project Management Phases,

Agile Techniques, And Tools; Ability To Work Hand-In-Hand With Project Manager

• ServiceNow Implementation Experience In Employee

Center, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM & HRSD

• ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Application And

Mobile App Configuration Experience

• Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced Technology

Environment

Certifications:

• ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certified

• 3+ Years Of Experience Working With ServiceNow

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Certification In 2 Or More Product Suites

• ServiceNow Technical Architect (Preferred)

• Must Be Able To Manage And Supervise Technical
