  • *Position Overview:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong focus on Access Control Lists (ACL) and security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing ACLs and security measures within the ServiceNow environment. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions that meet our organization's security and access control requirements.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Architectural Design: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on access control lists (ACLs) and security measures.
  • Security Implementation: Lead the implementation of security best practices and policies within the ServiceNow platform to ensure data protection, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Access Control Lists (ACL): Develop and optimize ACL strategies to enforce granular access control across various ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
  • Platform Customization: Customize ServiceNow platform components, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations, to support security and access control requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing secure coding practices and adhering to security standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct security assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security, compliance, and operations, to align ServiceNow solutions with organizational security objectives.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to ServiceNow platform security and access control, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall security posture.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of X years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on ACLs and security.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
  • Strong understanding of access control principles, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege access.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or Jelly for customizing ServiceNow applications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow security features, including encryption, authentication, and identity management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ServiceNow projects with a focus on security and access control.
