ServiceNow HRSD Developer Level I and II

We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow HRSD Developer to play a crucial role in developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting updates and changes within ServiceNow HRSD. This role involves close collaboration with customers, business analysts, process consultants, and team members to capture and translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions... that align with both business and IT objectives. The successful candidate will operate within an Agile framework, ensuring clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet client needs: 50%
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow HRSD environment: 30%
• Design technical solutions and contribute to the solutioning process: 20%

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A foundational understanding of technical principles in the field, with the ability to work on semi-routine tasks and assist with moderately complex projects under direct supervision.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development, or 2+ years of experience with any ServiceNow module, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Associate degree + 2 years of experience, 6 years of direct experience, or relevant professional certification). Non-degree higher education may count as one year of experience.
• Experience in Agile team environments, with a responsibility for user story pointing, spanning at least 2 years.
• 2+ years of experience in technical solution design, including the creation of technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
• Agile certification, SAFe preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration.
• 2+ years of experience in building ServiceNow integrations using SOAP/REST.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise design thinking.
