Position: ServiceNow QA Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Duration: Long Term

Job Description: Day-to-Day Job Duties:

• Meet with the client to gather requirements, provide recommendations and report status
• Analyze requirements to identify recommended test plans
• Meet with the developers to gather relevant information for creating test plans, test data, etc.
• Develop test plans
• Develop test data
• Execute tests
• Provide test results to the developers
• Re-test as necessary Basic Qualifications follow:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years total ServiceNow experience.
• Must have at least 4 years' experience testing ServiceNow
• Must have at least 2 years of light ServiceNow development experience
• Scrum – Experience with the Scrum process of at least 2 years
• Excellent problem solving skills
• ITIL – General knowledge is nice to have
