Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Technical Lead Location: Tampa, FL (Remote) Duration: Contract Direct Client Need ServiceNow ITSM Certification Active is a Must with Implementation Lead role experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working directly with clients in developing implementation strategy and overall design.
- The Developer will focus primarily on ServiceNow ITSM processes and the best way to leverage the ITSM App suite to fulfill the client’s needs and support ITSM best practices. Qualifications
- 11 to 12 years of IT experience are preferred.
- 2 to 3 years Lead experience is required for ServiceNow implementation projects.
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification Active is a Must.
- Lead implementation is a must.
- Handson experience of 4 to 7 years is required with developing the implementation. strategy and overall design of ServiceNow ITSM processes.
- Should have experience working directly with clients.
