Experience: Overall 2+ years

ServiceNow: 1+ Years

Modules managed in ServiceNow: Should have hands on experience in at least below ITSM modules ... Incident Management Request Management Change Management Problem Management

Additional Modules (good Knowledge If Not Working Experience) Release Management Survey Management Knowledge Management Configuration Management

Key Areas Basic understanding of Integrations in ServiceNow Should have worked as a team member in some of the instance upgrade activities like cloning, skip reviews etc Should have some experience working on Domain Separated instance Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis

Components Worked On (must Have) Workflows Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etc

Components Worked On (nice To Have) Flow designer Integration Hub Service Portal Catalog Builder UI Builder

Minimum Certifications ServiceNow Admin ITIL Foundation

Qualifications

ServiceNow Jr. Developer - I

Certifications (nice To Have) ServiceNow ITSM Specialist
