ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Technical lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team within RBA's Information Technology (IT) department.

You will be part of the IT Service Management - platform team that aims to transform IT Service Management through the delivery of an enterprise platform supported by data, automation, and a simplified and integrated end-user experience.

As the ServiceNow Technical lead, you will provide guidance to the development team to ensure they effectively deliver enhancements to the platform in an agile manner. This role suits a Scrum Master or Business Analyst Lead who is ready to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the development team to deliver ongoing enhancements on the MyService platform using agile methodologies.
• Assist the Platform Manager and the development team in meeting customer expectations, ensuring... that priorities are met, and delivering the platform roadmap on time.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are properly captured and transformed into user stories. They will also assist with functional testing and communicate changes to impacted teams.
• Responsible for the Release Management lifecycle that involves the stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule.
• Assist platform users in addressing tool-related questions and refining requirements in MyService.
• Evaluate the existing system to identify areas for improvement.
• Guide development teams towards higher scrum maturity.

Skills:

• 3-5-year experience in using project or release management tools.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst Lead on system implementations is highly regarded.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams up to task completion.
• Proven work experience as lead or supervisor.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Certified Scrum Master is highly regarded
