We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs related to ITSM and HRSD functionalities.
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to support ITSM and HRSD processes.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including adherence to coding standards, documentation, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to internal teams and end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and capabilities.
  • Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and modules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Glide, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
  • Familiarity with HR service delivery processes and HRSD module configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
