Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with GRC Experience

Location: Remote (100%)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with significant experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in ServiceNow platform development, coupled with expertise in configuring GRC solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring the ServiceNow application and the ability to work closely with clients to set up tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow application, including but not limited to modules related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Design and implement GRC workflows, policies, and procedures within the ServiceNow platform to streamline governance processes and mitigate risks effectively.
• Develop custom applications, scripts, and integrations as needed to enhance the functionality and usability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for implementing GRC solutions within the ServiceNow framework.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of configured solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow updates to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on GRC solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience with configuring GRC modules within ServiceNow, such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
• Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
