ITSM (ServiceNow) Developer

This role supports the IT Service Management (ITSM) team’s Discovery crew, which is focused on enhancing record management through ServiceNow platform integrations and automation standards...

Responsibilities include:

• Defines design patterns for enterprise configuration management database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
• Develops and monitors asset management functions in ServiceNow for hardware and software.
• Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards
• Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management
• Aligns business strategy with software solutions.
• Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
• Leads complex problem solving.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
• Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

-The tool has been over customized - PNC needs thought leadership on what should be done / challenge ideas to create efficiencies for end users.
