We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow development practices and principles and be able to lead projects and mentor junior developers. This is a contingent opportunity for work we expect to ramp up soon.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Developer certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
• Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
