CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in support of the EITaaS contract for the United States Air Force. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations, providing expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow, developing technical solutions, understanding the business... needs and the needs to standardize processes and building these into the design. Additionally, you will be working with senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for the ServiceNow environment development.

Qualifications for this position include advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations, experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application), experience with relational databases, and the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance.The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,100-$172,400.

• 15+ Years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience
• Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or similar) required
