Role: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Location: San Diego, CA LOCAL 30 miles

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD module development and implementation, with a focus on delivering high-quality HR service delivery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD applications.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand their service delivery needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow HRSD to create efficient workflows and processes.
• Ensure the integrity and functionality of HRSD modules.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and HRSD best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD platforms and IT service management.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
