Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with extensive experience in federal/government contracting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal/government contracting processes and regulations, as well as expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. As a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant... you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our federal/government contracting clients. Fully remote EST hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for federal/government contracting clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
• Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients and project teams
• Ensure compliance with federal/government contracting regulations and standards
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow solutions
