Redan LLC is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to be part of a growing team in the federal sector.
The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will be responsible for offering advice and expertise to help improve business performance and implement key human capital requirements within ServiceNow HRSD. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across Teams within an... Agile framework.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the organization's changing needs.
What You'll Be Doing
As the ServiceNow Business Process Consultant at Redan, you will:
- Apply and use technical standards, principles , and theories.
- Works under general supervision .
- P rovid e solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity .
- Perform 50% R equirement Gathering/User Story Creation.
- Perform 20% Solution Design.
- Perform 20% System Testing.
- Troubleshoot 10%.
Profile of Success
- 3+ years' experience with business process reengineering, user story creation, and/or requirements analysis for Federal HR customers.
- 2+ years' experience working in Agile Teams and client-facing roles.
- 1-2+ years' experience working with ServiceNow HRSD for Federal customers or working with any ServiceNow module.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Required
- Must have a TSA clearance to work.
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialists.
- Agile certification, preferably with SAFe .
- 2+ years' experience with enterprise design thinking.
