As part of TSG, our Production Services team is dedicated to ensuring that our technology environments are best in class. Our Production Services team runs the systems that keep BNY Mellon running. Their mission is to deliver a full IT service management lifecycle across all run-the-bank applications and infrastructure support to provide a controlled, secure, and predictable production environment.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will automate the repeatable test cases to validate the quality of ServiceNow applications developed in an Agile environment using Automated Test Framework (ATF) (and other automation tools).

This role works closely with our Process Owners from different streams to ensure we cover all the critical end-to-end scenarios in our regression tests. This provides the quality built into solutions and contributes to the final decision on whether a software release is ready for production deployment.

Required Skills/Experience:

3-5 years of QA experience, including ServiceNow testing experience

3+ years of Automation Test Framework (ATF)

Ability to analyze business requirements and develop automation scripts

Ability to work as a technical professional on an Agile development team to deliver high-quality automation test plans

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

Strong time management skills – the ability to work independently & multi-task

Strong communication skills (Ability to communicate technical information in business terms)

Knowledge of other automation testing tools and testing processes, including developing repeatable test procedures, executing tests, recording results, and working with software engineers to identify and resolve defects

Education Requirement:

· BA or BS Degree

Education Preferred: Computer Science

· ATF and other automation tools

Required Testing (if applicable): 3-5 years.

Required Certifications (if applicable):

ITIL Foundation Certification

ServiceNow ATF Micro-Certified

ServiceNow APM Micro-Certified
