Title: ServiceNow Portal Developer

Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: All-Inclusive

Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Configure ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on service portal pages and widgets.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of configured features.
• Identify and resolve defects encountered during development and testing phases.
• Manage the migration process of changes from development to production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical design solutions.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Skill Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, particularly in service portal development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is essential for developing and customizing service portal pages and widgets. Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow development best practices is highly desirable.
• Possession of a valid ServiceNow Portal Developer certification is mandatory to demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing service portal pages and widgets within the ServiceNow platform.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required to ensure a solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and software development principles.
• Active Secret Clearance Required
