Job Description:

As a Support Domain Engineer, your purpose is to maintain and sustain content health and quality for all content for your domain (SME group). You keep a holistic view of this inventory and strategically focus on the areas that need the most attention through data analysis and prioritization. You ensure content for your domain is available, accessible, findable, and that it solves customer issues.

  • Support Domain Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) with the ability to independently and strategically manage and optimize technical content for your domain
  • A thought leader who is data and results driven and proactively and creatively drives results based on data. Proficient in building and analyzing data using different tools to prioritize, identify, and act on optimization opportunities while maintaining a long term view of trends, issues, and business impact
  • Demonstrated success proposing and implementing new, lean methods and procedures to most efficiently accomplish goals
  • Ability to package and present compelling findings that influence decisions and optimization
  • A team player and mentor
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working cross functionally and can influence without authority
  • Have solid communication skills, both oral and customer facing written
  • Operate with a customer
