ServiceNow Developer (US Citizenship must be verified)

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This position will be working to migrate various forms and processes from manual or paper processes to automated processes within ServiceNow.

QUALIFICATIONS...

· Minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including App Engine (scoped applications) development, portal development, and system integration within the ServiceNow platform.

· Minimum four (4) years of experience in devising and implementing process enhancements.

· Proficient in utilizing Agile project methodologies.

PREFERRED

· Certified Scrum Master certification

· ServiceNow Application Developer certifications

RESPONSIBILTIES

· Analyzes business information systems utilizing a systems approach and contributes to identifying suitable solutions for issues.

· Assists in gathering, organizing, and evaluating requirements to fulfill organizational objectives.

· Ensures effective communication channels between functional customer teams and technical teams.

· May take charge of project tasks related to communication to facilitate the development of deliverables.

· May support in data entry and generating performance reports for the team.

· Proficient in dissecting process requirements and furnishing detailed insights for developers to enhance their designs.

· Capable of refining customer requirements with minimal input from the development team.
