iTech AG is looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to support our federal government contract. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, and develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests...

Responsibilities

• Configure the ServiceNow application.
• Carry out unit testing and defect resolution.
• Assist in the migration of the changes to production.
• Assist with technical design and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience with development in the ServiceNow platform
• Exposure to providing support to code migrations through multiple environments.
• Experience with Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CAD certification

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• ServiceNow CSA certification

CLEARANCE

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Pursuant to a government contract, must be a US Citizen
