Optomi, in partnership with a leading grocery and retail Supercenter organization, is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join their growing team in Grand Rapids. Currently, we are embarking on an ambitious project to implement Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) within ServiceNow and are in search of a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead to spearhead this initiative. Job Role: As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Your deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, coupled with extensive integration experience, will drive the successful implementation of SPM, aligning technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, coding, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation of system and application programs in ServiceNow, adhering to the company's software development lifecycle. Assist in the preparation of technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents, providing insightful feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with other development staff to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables. Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews, contributing to the development of high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions. Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information. Drive the implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management within ServiceNow, leveraging extensive integration experience to meet and exceed project goals.

Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in implementing ServiceNow solutions. 5+ years of experience specifically with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) in ServiceNow. Exceptional knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices. Strong experience in system integrations, with a knack for understanding and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with development teams to achieve project objectives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
