Responsibilities:

• Platform Architecture: Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business requirements.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Custom Development: Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Execution on performance optimization, scalability improvements, and enhancement of the overall user experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Proactively seek out areas for process improvement and innovation. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer or architect.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Core, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies used in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST API, SOAP, MID Server, and JDBC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with extended teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.
