For our telecommunication customer we are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (f/m/d) and a Senior Fullstack ServiceNow Developer (f/m/d) for an end customer project.

Duration: 06.05.2024 - 31.12.2024 (Full-time, 1280 hours each)

Completely remote.

Extend ServiceNow standard product “Telecommunications Service Management” with TMF APIs like:

• Telecom Management Forum APIs:
• Order Management API TMF-622
• Inventory Management API TMF-637
• Catalog Management API TMF-620
• Bundling of products
• Defining and maintaining the data architecture roadmap , offering advice and guidance to business stakeholders.
• Ensure that data architect solutions align with business requirements and data policies and regulations.
• Translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used by different... subject areas.
• Design, implement and build data models and pipelines that deliver data with measurable quality
• Skills/Requirements Senior ServiceNow Solution Architekt:
• ServiceNow standard product Telecommunications Service Management
• ServiceNow Solution Architectures
• Experience with API design and implementation using:
• GraphQL
• gRPC
• RESTful services
• English (must have)

Extend ServiceNow standard product “Telecommunications Service Management” with TMF APIs like:

• Telecom Management Forum APIs:

• Bundling of products
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality
• Experience with API design and implementation using GraphQL, gRPC, RESTful services
