ServiceNow Consultant - Fully remote role - Germany

We are delighted to be working with a ServiceNow elite partner in their innovative approach of digital services within the DACH region. They are looking to expand their team due to high customer demand, offering extensive opportunity for clear progression towards expert-level end user competency (ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CSM etc). Whilst working closely alongside multiple certified ServiceNow and IT professionals on large scale implementation projects.

Position Overview:

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clientele across Germany. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements, design tailored solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge technology... and make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to align with client needs and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including Incident Management, and Change Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other technologies.
• Fluency in German and English languages required.
