Hybrid ServiceNow Systems Administrator - Columbus, OH

SOC is seeking a Hybrid ServiceNow Systems Administrator to support management, optimization, and integration of the ServiceNow platform. Ideal candidates will have experience administering ServiceNow IT Operations Management and IT Service Management. The ServiceNow Administrator should be able to: provide guidance and expertise in the... administration and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery; develop and maintain catalog items and associated workflows to orchestrate configuration management processes; maintain hygiene of the configuration management database (CMDB) by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems; review, troubleshoot and resolve Discovery, CMDB, and other ServiceNow incidents with little direction; build and update business process and technical implementation documentation for ServiceNow; monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application. Additionally, successful candidates will have a fundamental understanding of networking and experience in Windows administration. Candidates with experience in Linux administration and proficiency in Javascript and Powershell are a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor in n Business Administration, Finance or Management Information; five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field. Prior experience with full lifecycle enterprise projects. Must have a background which would not preclude a security clearance granted.
