Senior ServiceNow Developer (CMDB)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer who primarily focuses on CMDB creation - client-specific ServiceNow instances with numerous customizations. You will join our Partner international team to support the development of ServiceNow solutions.

Project scope:

• Utilize CMDB Discovery capabilities to maintain accurate and up-to-date... configuration data
• Develop and configure integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data exchange
• Implement and maintain Integration Record Export (IRE) functionality to support integration requirements
• Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable communication between ServiceNow and other systems
• Create JSON-based APIs for data retrieval, manipulation, and exchange
• Ensure API security and compliance with best practices
• Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to address complex business requirements and challenges

Requirements:

• Proficient in CMDB Discovery, IRE, and API development (ReST, JSON)
• Advanced scripting skills with a focus on catalog item development and configuration
• Extensive experience in general ServiceNow configuration, including new fields, conditions, BRs, and transform maps
• Ability to integrate ticketing systems with ServiceNow, including custom integrations
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and general Cloud services
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience in developing/configuring custom portal widgets, portal pages, and catalog items
• Previous experience in application development within an Agile/DevOps environment
• Excellent communication abilities to facilitate productive teamwork
• Fluent English
