Job Description:

• ServiceNow development and configuration ITSM/ITIL process knowledge
• Must have good experience on ITSM modules
• ITSM (incident, problem, change, service catalog, workflows]
• Experience working on ServiceNow (JavaScript, workflows, update sets)

Scripting experience -JavaScript / Client Script / Server Script / AGLs

• Experience with Business Rule, Catalog Items, Ui Policies, Ul Actions, Script includes,

import sets and Transform maps.

• Must have good experience on Service Catalogs
• Must have good experience on workflow Activities and Notifications
• Must have good experience on Catalog Client Script
• Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and web services (Rest. SOAP).
