WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop, maintain, and re-certify our ServiceNow application, as well as contribute to integrations to other systems.
• Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, and other colleagues on further development of the product.
• From the early stages of the feature life cycle, we do initial design and estimates, design new features for product components, and align with architects and the scrum team.
• Actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies.
• Be a key player in developing the features and responsible for their quality, working closely with QA to secure high quality when we release new features.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• You like to work both as a team member and individually, but you are a team player at heart that is used to work with challenges every day and think out-of-the-box
• You are an independent, responsible, and flexible person with good interpersonal skills, and you are just like the rest of us ambitious and passionate about technology.
• Familiar with the latest trends and best practices in software development, ensuring our applications stay innovative and competitive.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Higher IT education such as graduate or master or similar education
• Proven track record as a Software Engineer with experience in integrating with ServiceNow and an interest in system integrations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen ability to navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in Software Development.
• Experienced in product development and maintenance as well as the agile development life cycle.

Knowledge & Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (or combined experience in Full Stack/ Frontend + ServiceNow).
• JavaScript and front-end development (REACT is a plus)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and other web technologies
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in C# and .NET
