As our ServiceNow Consultant, you will analyze trends in IT Operations. Each day, you will supportContinual Service Improvement within IT Operations through creation, deployment, & use of Dashboards, KPIs, & Metrics.

Each day, you will track stock levels and reconcile inventory data issues...

To thrive in this role, you must have extensive knowledge and experience in ITIL, ITSM, & ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Create live dashboards, KPIs, Metrics for the ITSM team.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in reports to set the standards for IT.
  • Work closely with the ITSM Program Process Owners to develop appropriate KPIs & Metrics (ServiceNow) for their tracks to ensure process adoption & adherence.
  • Work with the Service Desk & other IT Fulfillers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Experience in IT Operations working with a variety of IT teams;
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB is a plus;
  • Full understanding of Performance Analytics (PA) & other reporting applications in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL, ITSM, & ServiceNow Best Practices;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,971.35 - $74,607.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
