• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, such as ServiceNow Studio, Script Editor, and Service Portal Designer.
• Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using Single Sign-On (SSO), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Microsoft Active Directory, and web services integrations.
• Ability to customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements, including scripting for client-side and server-side functionalities.
• Experience in optimizing ServiceNow performance through code refactoring, caching strategies, and other performance tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow security best practices, including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and encryption techniques.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
