Senior ServiceNow Developer (India/UK Time Zones)

We're looking for a couple of experienced ServiceNow developers to join our growing team!

In this role, you will...

Design, develop, and implement high-quality, secure, and scalable ServiceNow applications to automate and improve IT service management (ITSM) processes.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using industry best practices.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and automations to streamline processes.

Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Continuously stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.).

Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow.

Experience with e-bonding and various integrations with ServiceNow.

A Certified Service Management (CSM) certification (preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

A strong desire to learn and stay updated on the latest ServiceNow trends.

Willingness to work across India and UK time zones.
