Sr. ServiceNow Developer (ITOM)

The "ServiceNow - Senior Developer" will be a highly experienced results-driven person who is focused on delivering excellent customer focused solutions to join our team of developers.?This person will provide leadership and oversight to ensure alignment to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap and is actively involved in the overarching governance of the platform. In this role, the... successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities. The candidate should have overall ServiceNow Skills including experience with Integrations, ITOM and ITSM. Responsibilities

• Design/Architect solutions across the SN platform.
• Design and implement client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, workflows, and otherwise configure or modify ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement integration via REST and SOAP API, as well as JDBC and PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, build, implement and maintainITOM and ITSMsolutions.
• Serve as administrator and developer for the whole ServiceNow platform. Required Qualifications:
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITOM and ITSMprocesses, maintenance, and development.
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST
• Experience Developing in Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• SaaS Experience / Cloud Development Experience Desired Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience Administering/Developing within HAM/SAM/SPM
• Experience Administering/Developing in the Employee Service Center
• ServiceNow Certifications (Integration Hub,ITOM, ITSM, CSDM)
• ITIL Certification For this US-based position, the base pay range is $68,788.75 - $122,646.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
