Job Description

Need Senior Servicenow SME who can train other IT Staff on Servicenow.

Scope of Work :

Analyze and implement current change management process to ServiceNow Express. Plan next step migration to ServiceNow Enterprise

  • Train SME in ServiceNow change management (2-5 staff). Support training for incident and request management (Support Center functions).
  • Train general users (approx. 200+) in ServiceNow change, incident and request management.
  • Assist in developing methodology to add CIs to ServiceNow

Mandatory Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience with ServiceNow training and implementation

Technical Requirements

  1. Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow (Express & Enterprise).

  2. Deep knowledge of change management and best practices
