Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Developer with TEKsystems Global Services in Hyderabad/Bangalore India. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for daily tasks related to back-end web development, software development, and programming. As part of the team, the ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with colleagues to accelerate business transformation and help customers capitalize on change. Some remote work is acceptable in this position.

Qualifications Strong ITSM... Integrations/APIs, Flow Designer UI Builder, Request Catalog Management, Performance Management etc SNOW Automated Test Framework, Virtual Agent, Service Portal, Agent Workspace ITIL framework and good understanding of (Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management, Product Catalog etc) Client Side and Server Side Scripting ,API's and Administration HTML/CSS/AJAX knowledge SNOW Automated Test Framework
