Job Description Hands on experience on catalogue item/order guide/record producer implementation Hands on experience on workflow editor, flow designer. Well versed with Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policy and User criteria Should be able to gather the requirement and implement using ServiceNow best practices Knowledge on REST and SOAP web services (Optional) Industry Information Technology & Services Mandatory Skills: Flow Designer ( Catalogue Implementation ) Virtual Agent
