We are now looking for ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles in Sweden/Estonia or Czech republic .

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist/Developer:

• You will implement ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM and HR for our customers
• Implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available
• Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow
• Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow
• Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution
• Analyze and improve current implementation and solutions. Explain and present new ideas and solutions

Who we are looking for:

• You are located and have a work permit in Sweden, Estonia or the Czech Republic
• We believe you have a few years of experience in ServiceNow developer role/support role
• Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with good understanding of CSM. Preferably, you are a certified professional
• You are able to create client specific solutions leveraging industry best practices
• Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions
• You are fluent in English language

It is meritorious if you also:

• Have proven working experience in ServiceNow platform as a technical consultant
• Prior exposure or working with international teams located in Europe and/or India
• Speaks Swedish
