Responsibilities:

• Engage in a one-week preparation to understand the project's requirements, current design, and architectural guidelines on ServiceNow customization/configuration policies.
• Attend and actively participate in a one-week onsite workshop with business representatives and the technical team, to collaborate on project design and planning.
• Dedicate approximately four weeks post-workshop to finalize the design of the ServiceNow solution, focusing on project management capabilities, ensuring the end-to-end vision is implemented and preparing for configuration/customization phases.

Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), with a strong focus on business solutions design and implementation.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent communication skills for... both spoken and written contexts.
• Based in Poland, preferably Warsaw, with the ability to work onsite as required by the project.
• Strong background in managing business initiatives, planning, and project management processes, ideally in a Marketing and Sales business function context.
