Implementation and Configuration:

· Oversee the implementation of applications using Out-of-the-Box configurations on the ServiceNow platform.

· Ensure that the configuration aligns with industry best practices and meets business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

· Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather feedback and make continuous improvements.

Documentation:

· Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and release notes.

· Ensure that documentation is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· 3+ Experience creating designs for ServiceNow.

· Valid Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow
