Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, remote ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and managing the entire lifecycle of development projects to enhance our clients' business operations. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will not only drive the architectural decisions but also lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, overseeing all stages from project kickoff through to deployment, ensuring they deliver strategic value to the client.
- Design innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Analyze clients' current processes and systems, proposing architectures that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
- Serve as the technical expert in ServiceNow technologies, guiding and mentoring junior developers and engineers.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote the adoption and effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, best practices, and architectural strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and leading ServiceNow projects.
- Extensive knowledge and experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong portfolio of successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow are highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
