Job Description:

As a Senior ServiceNow GRC Architect, you'll be instrumental in shaping our institution's GRC landscape, spearheading the design and deployment of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and GRC capabilities. With a solid background encompassing over 7 years of Tier 1 banking experience, you'll bring unparalleled expertise in GRC solution architecture, data integration development, and cloud integration setups, all while adhering to the highest standards of secure development practices. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering customized solutions tailored to our unique business objectives. Mobile development and User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design acumen will be key assets in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural vision and implementation of ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities, showcasing mastery in the field.
• Apply your extensive Tier 1 banking experience to design and deploy GRC solutions that precisely meet our institution's business goals.
• Develop robust data integration solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across diverse data sources.
• Configure and optimize cloud integration setups, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.
• Uphold best-in-class secure development practices to fortify our systems and protect sensitive data and transactions.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud integrations that prioritize performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Deploy sophisticated GRC capabilities within the ServiceNow framework, addressing regulatory demands and business objectives with finesse.
• Strike a balance between leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and crafting customized solutions to deliver optimal GRC outcomes.
• Harness your mobile development skills to enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Apply principles of UX/UI design to create intuitive and visually captivating interfaces for ServiceNow applications.

Requirements:

• Exceptional proficiency in ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Extensive, hands-on experience spanning over 7 years in Tier 1 banking environments, with a focus on GRC solution architecture and capabilities development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in data integration development, cloud integration setups, secure development practices, and hybrid cloud integrations, with at least 7 years of experience in each area.
• Proven track record of implementing complex GRC capabilities within ServiceNow, aligning seamlessly with both business objectives and regulatory mandates, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in such implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to strike the right balance between out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and customized solutions to achieve optimal GRC outcomes, supported by at least 7 years of experience in this aspect.
• Highly desirable: Experience in mobile development and UX/UI design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in each area
