Required Experience:

• We require a candidate with extensive experience in CMDB and solution integration.
• Previous experience with IVR integration would be a plus.
• This position is fully remote, and candidates will need to use their own hardware and have access to Microsoft Teams.
• Access to the platform and rights will be provided on the start date.
• The position requires working hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.
• Candidates residing in the EST/CST time zones are preferred.

Responsibilities:

General Characteristics

Provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features.

Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.

Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes-either individually or in concert with project team. Will assist in the most difficult support problems.

Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse. Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs.

Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business. Viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines.

Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent.

Expert/lead technical role. Typically works on multiple IT projects as a project leader. Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors more junior technical staff

Additional General Characteristics: (please add to job description)

Responsible for developing business applications inventory and assisting with implementation of ServiceNow APM. Drive initiatives to identify, optimize, and automate manual IT processes related to security, access administration. Assist with implementation of Identity access management automation and integration. This includes integration with Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Exchange, and other related applications. Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Assets and CI for the enterprise (in conjunction with the ServiceNow admin team, systems support, application, and technical support teams). Assist with CMDB and Asset Data clean up. This includes reclassification of CI's and implementing proper system processes to reduce duplication. Develop technical, training, testing and operational documentation. Help perform day-to-day support and maintenance of workflows (in conjunction with the ServiceNow admin team and security functional areas). Build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives. Assist with ServiceNow Upgrades, Communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide status report/update on assigned projects and tasks, and as requested by management.

Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration. Has experience with HAM, SAM, CMDB and Business Application Management. Has proficient experience with ServiceNow Service mapping. Has extensive experience with writing ServiceNow UI Polices. Has extensive experience developing API Integrations with shared ServiceNow Systems (Active directory and other systems). Has extensive knowledge with configuring ServiceNow Mid Servers. 5+ years of IT experience working in related workflow tools. 5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer documenting requirements, designing, and building in a ServiceNow enterprise environment. Experience with scrum and other Agile based methodologies of software development. 3+ years. Has experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF). . Has extensive experience with Configuring IP Ranges and Mid Server Discovery. Has extensive experience with ServiceNow CI Class Manager. Has experience integrating ServiceNow with CISCO and IVR systems. Has implementation experience with ServiceNow.

Additional Complexity: (please add to job experience)

Has extensive expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Discovery and Proficient in ServiceNow Integration Hub. Is knowledgeable about other enterprise applications like active directory, Oracle, GIS, Azure Cloud, etc. Must have completed at least 2 implementations of HAM, CMDB and DISCOVERY within ServiceNow. Worked on utilizing techniques and tools including HTML, CSS, SQL, or JavaScript. Has the ability to interact with Database tables (query, design, edit, etc.). Proficient with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, etc. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
