Required Skills:

• Good knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow design and workflows, a JavaScript development background... exposure to MID servers and an understanding of Cloud Services.

• You hold the following certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and;

• Below core skills and have hands on experience in these SNOW areas:

1. Platform upgrade activities

2. MID servers installation/troubleshooting

3. Integrations REST/SOAP/Scripted web service

4. PowerShell scripting

5. CMDB/Discovery

6. Service Portal

• It would be considered a strong asset if you have exposure to

The Automation Developer skills:

Powershell Commands and scripting

MID server capabilities using automation

Integration hub

Ansible automation

DevOps tools

Flow designer
