We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong HRSD skills to join our Service Management team. This role involves responsibility for development and a strong background in design.

As a ServiceNow Developer , you will play a critical role in creating, maintaining, and enhancing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform specifically HRSD. Additionally, you will be involved in designing integrations with other existing systems.

Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the range of ServiceNow tools and a proven track record in creating integrations with related systems.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• ... Designing, maintaining, and optimizing HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and Manage HR criteria, document templates and HR Profiles
• Define and manage HR Services, Categories, HR Service Catalogs, Catalogs items and Lifecycle Events.
• Establishing integrations between ServiceNow and other existing systems.
• Providing second-level support to the production support team for ServiceNow operations.
• Applying innovative and proven technological approaches to solve complex business challenges.
• Contributing through technical assessments, written documentation, and expert insights.
• Collaborating in continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in ServiceNow.
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform, HRSD module
• Strong problem analytical, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
• High analytical skills, independent but also structured work in a team.
• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (a plus).
• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Application Developer certification (a plus)
• Bilingual ( English/French) is an asset

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Développeur ServiceNow pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion des services. Ce rôle implique des responsabilités en matière de développement et une solide expérience en conception.

En tant que Développeur ServiceNow vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création, la maintenance et l'amélioration des applications sur la plateforme ServiceNow ITSM, en particulier HRSD. De plus, vous serez impliqué dans la conception d'intégrations avec d'autres systèmes existants.

Les candidats doivent posséder une connaissance approfondie de la gamme d'outils ServiceNow et une solide expérience avérée dans la création d'intégrations avec des systèmes connexes.

· Concevoir, maintenir et optimiser les applications HRSD sur la plateforme ServiceNow.

· Configurer et gérer les critères HR, les modèles de documents et les profils HR.

· Définir et gérer les services RH, les catégories, les catalogues de services RH, les éléments de catalogues et les événements du cycle de vie.

· Établir des intégrations entre ServiceNow et d'autres systèmes existants.

· Fournir un support de deuxième niveau à l'équipe de support de production pour les opérations ServiceNow.

· Appliquer des approches technologiques innovantes et éprouvées pour résoudre des défis commerciaux complexes.

· Contribuer par le biais d'évaluations techniques, de documentation écrite et d'expertise.

· Collaborer à l'amélioration continue en partageant des expériences et des connaissances au sein de l'équipe.

· Baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel ou dans un domaine pertinent.

· Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle en informatique.

· Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en ServiceNow.

· Expérience pratique avec la plateforme ServiceNow, module HRSD.

· Solides compétences en analyse de problèmes, en résolution de problèmes et en communication.

· Compétences analytiques élevées, travail autonome tout en étant structuré au sein d'une équipe.

· Certifications : Certification spécialiste de l'implémentation ServiceNow (un plus).

· Certifications : Certification développeur d'applications ServiceNow (un plus).

· Bilingue (anglais/français) est un atout
