Aufgaben

Extend ServiceNow standard product “Telecommunications Service Management” with TMF APIs like:

Telecom Management Forum APIs:

• Order Management API TMF-622,
• Inventory Management API TMF-637,
• Catalog Management API TMF-620,
• Bundling of products,
• Defining and maintaining the data architecture roadmap , offering advice and guidance to business stakeholders.
• Ensure that data architect solutions align with business requirements and data policies and regulations.
• Translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used by different subject areas. Design, implement and build data models and pipelines that deliver data with measurable quality.

Qualifikation

• ServiceNow standard product Telecommunications Service Management.
• ServiceNow Solution Architectures.
• Experience with API design and implementation using:
• GraphQL,
• gRPC,
• RESTful services,
• ... English,
• German nice to have.
